Mgr. Filip Stavěl

Filip focuses primarily on financial regulation and compliance for investment firms and crypto-asset service providers. He assists with the implementation of new regulatory requirements, the preparation of internal policies and procedures for financial institutions, and regulatory risk management. 

He also advises on matters concerning investment funds and investment management companies, from preparing fund statutes to licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank. His experience also includes commercial law, corporate bonds and lending.
