JUDr. PhDr. Ing. Diana Kubrová

Diana focuses on dispute resolution, particularly disputes between financial institutions and consumers. She specialises in insurance litigation and regulatory matters. 

She also advises clients on the implementation of financial sector regulatory requirements, particularly the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and provides legal support in licensing and authorisation proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
