22 years of experience in financial regulation, particularly in relation to investment companies, investment funds and capital markets, as well as AML and commercial law.
Barbora focuses primarily on compliance services for investment companies and investment funds. She also specialises in AML/CFT matters, including the delivery of training programmes and the implementation of AML/CFT processes for clients that are subject to AML obligations.
In the investment funds sector, she is involved in projects carried out through companies owned by investment funds, providing legal advice particularly in the area of corporate law.
She also has extensive experience with licensing and authorisation proceedings before the Czech National Bank, as well as with conducting internal audits.
In addition, she participates in the preparation of the commentary on the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds (ZISIF).
